JM has now moved into its new offices in Uppsala. We have been responsible for the interior design solution where contrasting colours and materials create an environment with panache. To emphasise the brand as a professional residential builder, inspiration has been taken from building elements where the material palette is perceived as creative and innovative.

Reuse and recycling are a matter of course for JM Uppsala, and the new office has reused a large part of the loose furnishings. A large part of the loose furnishings has been moved to the new premises and with little effort Indicum has given them new life. Most importantly throughout the work has been to create a homely atmosphere where the whole office is the staff’s workplace.

Challenge

Create a varied and flexible working environment that facilitates both collaboration and individual concentration. Be able to welcome customers and visitors in an environment that breathes JM.

Solution

Inspired by building elements and materials, it creates an environment that is perceived as creative and innovative. Architecture can be found in patterns, interior design and choice of materials. The colour scale is pink, rust and green. We work with exciting contrasting colours and materials to create an office that stands for harmony, forward thinking and poise!
