Indicum helped Harvest Law Firm to relocate to a new, centrally located offices in Stockholm in fall of 2019. By 2023, Harvest had grown significantly, nearly doubling their office space. This expansion included additional meeting rooms, workstations, and a larger break area.

We’ve now completed the interior design for their expanded office. The renovation has created a space that is both impressive and welcoming, perfectly complementing the building’s distinctive character. Harvest’s office is housed in Trygghuset, a historic building designed by Erik Lallerstedt and constructed in 1910.

Challenges

The challenge with the latest office project in 2023 was that the renovation took place while the operations continued in the office. There was no evacuation to another location during the construction period, which required careful planning, a great deal of patience, and a positive attitude to ensure everything was resolved in the best possible way for Harvest.

Solutions

Detailed furniture plans showing logistical relationships were developed. A large quantity of the furniture was reused, resulting in significant climate savings. We aimed to reuse as much as possible to conserve materials, save money, and reduce waste.
