Welcome Lovisa Sandström – new interior architect at Indicum

We are delighted to welcome Lovisa Sandström as a new colleague at Indicum’s Uppsala office. With Lovisa on board, we are strengthening our team of interior architects and further reinforcing our presence in Uppsala.

Lovisa studied at HDK and Beckmans College of Design and, since graduating, has worked as an interior architect as well as a furniture and product designer, primarily in her own practice. Her work is characterized by a strong focus on people – on who will move through, spend time in, and be affected by the spaces she creates.

The interplay between materials, and the balance between function and feeling, drives her design process forward. She enjoys combining both analogue and digital tools to find the right expression and function. With an eye for detail, a strong sense of materiality, and a genuine interest in how we live our lives, she creates environments that endure – both practically and artistically.

“It feels inspiring to become part of Indicum and to work in a team that is truly driving sustainable development within interior architecture,” says Lovisa.

With Lovisa on board, we are strengthening our capacity to take on new projects in Uppsala and the Mälardalen region. Our Uppsala office is growing – and we look forward to continuing to create environments that are not only used more efficiently, but also feel better.
