Lovisa Sandström

Lovisa studied at HDK and Beckmans College of Design and, since graduating, has worked as an interior architect as well as a furniture and product designer, primarily in her own practice. Her work is defined by a strong focus on the people who will move through, spend time in, and be influenced by the spaces she creates. The interplay of materials, and the balance between function and feeling, drives her design forward. She enjoys combining analogue and digital tools to find the right expression and functionality. With an eye for detail, a strong sense of materiality, and a genuine interest in how we live our lives, she creates environments that endure – both practically and artistically.
