You are warmly welcome to an inspiring breakfast seminar focusing on how hybrid work models have influenced our workplaces and work cultures.
Hybrid work has introduced a new era of professional life, where balance has become a key challenge — balancing the flexibility of working from home with the need to foster connection and community at the office. How do we build relationships and a sense of belonging when many work remotely? How can we encourage employees to return to the office without compromising the benefits of hybrid work? And how can the physical workspace be adapted to support both individual needs and organizational goals?
There will be a brief presentation followed by opportunities for reflection and discussion.
