“Refurbishment shows that sustainability isn’t a compromise, it’s a way to elevate the value of what already exists. In public spaces with heavy wear and tear, it becomes a powerful tool for long-term sustainability.”
Agnes Elvin, interior architect, Indicum

Indicum is now a framework agreement supplier via Adda

Interior architecture, project management and reuse for municipalities and regions

As of now, Indicum is a framework agreement supplier within Adda’s national framework agreement Furniture Reuse and Associated Services 2025, sub-area C Project Management and Interior Architecture.

This means that municipalities, regions and municipally owned companies can appoint us directly for interior architecture, project management and circular interior projects in public environments.

The framework agreement covers both smaller and larger assignments and provides a straightforward, procurement-compliant way to commission our services.

A simpler path to circular interior projects

The agreement is designed to facilitate sustainable and circular solutions. For assignments below SEK 400,000, contracting authorities may contact us directly. We provide a proposal based on the fixed framework rates, and the project can begin without a renewed procurement procedure.

For larger assignments, a renewed competitive process is carried out within the framework agreement.

This creates a flexible structure where smaller adaptations, workplace adjustments and larger development projects can be implemented efficiently and in full compliance with procurement regulations.

Focus on reuse and long-term value

Indicum specializes in sustainable interior architecture and reuse in complex public environments. We combine architectural expertise with climate data, structured inventory processes and proven methodologies that ensure existing resources are preserved and reused wherever possible.

Therese Löwstedt, Head of Sustainability at Indicum, argues that we need to think long-term to create sustainable interiors, but that we must also reconsider our values about what is beautiful and worth preserving.

Through this framework agreement, we support municipalities and regions in delivering circular interior projects that are both economically and environmentally sustainable.

For municipalities and regions across Sweden

The agreement is available to authorized contracting authorities throughout Sweden, including municipalities, regions and municipally owned companies.

We look forward to contributing with:

  • Reuse inventories and climate assessments
  • Interior architecture and workplace development
  • Project management of circular transformations
  • Procurement documentation and implementation support

If you would like to learn more about how to use the framework agreement or discuss an upcoming project, please contact us. We are happy to explain how the process works in practice.
